Black Sea Journal of Management and Marketing (BSJMM) is a refereed journal that envisions to be a scientific station for academic people and practitioners who are interested in finding out solutions to managerial and marketing challenges impacting the public. The journal endeavors to publish high quality scholarly papers not only from the authors from the Black Sea region but also from all around the world. Papers accepted for publication are double-blind refereed by international reviewers to ensure academic integrity.
BSJMM welcomes papers on:
Management: Human resources, leadership and work values, quality management, operations management, knowledge management, risk management, internationalization, corporate governance, technology management, and other areas related to management.
